My front door was rubbing against the floor, making it difficult to open and close. The technician arrived on time, completed the work as promised, and made the necessary adjustments perfectly. The workmanship was clean, professional, and of a very high standard. The door now opens and closes smoothly. I'm very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

Very disappointing experience with Miles. What should have been a straightforward electrical job was left in a worse and potentially unsafe condition, forcing me to hire another electrician to fix it. Miles ignored my messages asking him to return. A second electrician quickly found circuits had been incorrectly crossed and connected in a way that “was never going to work properly.” The issue was fixed the same day. I’d strongly advise hiring someone else who is actually qualified.
