Did the comedy sketch sharp intake of breath when he arrived and said it would cost more than he quoted. Other reviews said the same and I wish I'd payed attention. Went ahead with the job but when I questioned the fact that the fitting was off centre leaving a hole in the ceiling while he was halfway through he told me "don't complain now, you can complain when it's finished "! As a 70 year old woman I didn't expect to have to fill the hole he left and paint over the mess, and its not even . Very poor work

The light was fitted correctly. After removing the old ceiling rose, I found the wires were too short and had to rewire them to fit your new light, which has a smaller ceiling cover. I explained that the hole would need filling, especially as you said you were decorating the room.
